Kootenay Clean Air is proudly locally owned and operated right here in the Kootenays. In 2024, we (Dustin and Jody Kozey) took over the company with a shared goal—to build something we’re proud of while serving the community we call home.

We’re not just business owners—we’re a busy family of five kids who understand how important a clean, safe, and comfortable home is. Living and raising our family in the Kootenays has shaped everything we do. We take a lot of pride in our work because we’re serving our neighbours, friends, and community every day.

Our focus is simple: honest service, quality workmanship, and doing the job right the first time. Whether it’s duct cleaning, furnace service, or improving indoor air quality, we treat every home and business with the same care we would our own.
